Do I need to send my preset?
It helps. Send your preset and a reference gallery; if you don't have a preset, we'll build a base look from your reference images.
Do you return RAW adjustments or exported JPEGs?
Either. Most photographers prefer the catalog back with adjustments so they can tweak and export; we can also export to your size and naming spec.
How do you handle black-and-white images?
Tell us your usual percentage and style — high contrast, soft, or film-like — and which moments you like in black and white.
Can you correct difficult reception lighting?
Yes. We correct colored uplighting and mixed sources to keep skin natural while preserving the mood of the room.
